About the role:
The Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of facilities management across the portfolio (National). This role works closely with the National Facilities Lead (Retail) and broader team to ensure all sites are maintained to a high standard, compliant, and operating efficiently.
The position involves analytic thinking, multitask-able and requires to be able to conduct regular site inspections across multiple sites throughout the year. The role will also involve coordination of maintenance activities, and strong administrative and reporting support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives to meet KPI
- Manage key stakeholder trackers via excel & engage in communication and relationship coordination
- Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of
- office / facility within the Corrigo.
- Analytic thinking to improve processes.
- Ensure strong communication, connection and support with stakeholders.
- Provide direction / information to vendors, FM team and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination / execution of work within client environment withminimal disruption
- Properly and effectively administer and maintain all systems
- Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting
- Assist with anticipating, researching, analysing and reporting on budget variances explanations.
- Schedule and conduct site inspections for multiple sites as required.
- Basic knowledge of what compliance means within property aspect.
Job Requirements
- Associates degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field or work experience (bachelor’s degree, preferred)
- Superior customer service skills and orientation with location and client team
- Ability to maintain professionalism always under stressful situations
- Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints
- Ability to multitask and works without direct supervision
