Are you a Risk Adjustment and HCC expert? Do you enjoy educating and leading clinicians? This will be a float position to support IPA needs within our Las Vegas, NV market.

The IPA Nurse Practitioner is clinical and will report to the Associate Medical Director, and collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Provider Engagement Professional Team. you will train, support, and perform annual wellness visits in assigned IPA outpatient clinics. The visits will focus on Medicare documentation guidelines and HEDIS/Quality measures. You will also focus on clinic workflows that align with Value-based Care delivery models. The goal of these workflows is to create and enhance them, improving patient outcome.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Annual Wellness Visits
  • Improve Quality and Care management.
  • Collaborate with population health and the quality department to improve workflows
  • Close quality gaps, improve identification and capture of HCC codes, and improve medication adherence.
  • Providing elbow support and training to IPA Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers on Medicare documentation guidelines, HEDIS/Quality measures, and clinic workflows that align with Value Based Care delivery models.

Required Qualifications

  • Three years of experience
  • Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program with Board Certification
  • Active, unrestricted NP/PA license in state of practice
  • Active and unrestricted DEA license
  • We consider this role patient facing and make it a part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
  • Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
