You will work as a Float Medical Receptionist in our Clinics in the Myrtle Beach area. You will report to the Assistant Operations Director under the supervision of the Center Administrator in each location. This is an onsite outpatient clinic position.You will perform such tasks as:
- Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs.
- Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and/or email address.
- Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
- This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Value-based care model experience
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
