Job Summary**

VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of supply chain management within a dynamic automotive technology company.

Job Responsibilities**

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to supply chain performance metrics.
• Support the optimization of logistics processes, including transportation and warehousing.
• Participate in inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring and discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, production, quality) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Conduct research on market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Prepare presentations and reports for various supply chain projects.
• Perform administrative tasks as required to support the Supply Chain department.

Job Qualifications**

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Prior internship or project experience in supply chain is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
