Job Summary:**

Job Responsibilities:**
- Assist the logistics team in daily operational tasks, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
- Contribute to the optimization of inbound and outbound logistics processes by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production, warehousing) to ensure smooth and timely material flow.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in special projects related to supply chain improvements, cost reduction initiatives, or system enhancements.
- Learn and apply company logistics policies, procedures, and relevant industry best practices.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the logistics team.

Job Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior exposure to logistics concepts or supply chain principles through coursework or previous internships is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
