Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support our supply chain operations at VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of logistics, contributing to efficient material flow and inventory management within a global automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Assist the logistics team in daily operational tasks, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Contribute to the optimization of inbound and outbound logistics processes by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production, warehousing) to ensure smooth and timely material flow.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in special projects related to supply chain improvements, cost reduction initiatives, or system enhancements.
• Learn and apply company logistics policies, procedures, and relevant industry best practices.
• Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the logistics team.

Job Qualifications:**

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior exposure to logistics concepts or supply chain principles through coursework or previous internships is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
