We’re looking for a Technical Game Designer who will help us to create new game mechanics and balance them in the project.
Developing MMO games is very challenging . In our view it is as much rewarding. We want to find someone who shares our passion for challenge and excellence to enjoy this path together.
Responsibilities
- Work with modern LLMs (such as Opus 4.6, Gemini, etc.)
- Design and build multi-agent systems and workflows
- Develop and improve existing LLM-based pipelines
- Work with custom Visual Scripting tools
- Develop and prototype game mechanics
- Support already implemented game mechanics on all stages of the development process (prototyping, polishing)
- Close cooperation with the development team
Requirements
- Experience working with modern LLM tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Open Claw)
- Experience building production pipelines using LLM tools
- Experience working with multi-agent / swarm systems
- CV must include examples of such pipelines, including token usage
- Experience with Visual Scripting tools (e.g. Unreal Engine Blueprints)
- Technical degree or solid knowledge of mathematics
- Skills and willingness to balance game process and to improve your design
- Solid knowledge of Google Sheets, Notion
- Prior experience working with bug tracking systems (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Passion for games and playing them

- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming
- Prior experience working with game editors/engines (Unreal, Unity) #J-18808-Ljbffr
