What you’ll be doing
As a Head of Brand, you’ll play a key role in defining Satispay’s identity and ensuring our mission resonates across every touchpoint. You will lead the creative and brand strategy, bridging the gap between high-level storytelling and measurable business impact.

In this role, embodying ownership and a commitment to craving impact, you will be expected to deliver significant results by:
- Brand Strategy & Evolution – Defining and evolving the Satispay brand identity, ensuring it remains "cool," relevant, and consistent as we scale internationally and across different business lines (B2C & B2B).
- Creative Direction & Execution – Overseeing the visual and verbal language of the brand. You’ll be "hands-on" when needed, guiding the team through rebranding processes, campaign assets, and high-impact creative productions.
- Leadership & Team Rituals – Building and mentoring a team of designers and copywriter. You’ll establish clear creative rituals (design reviews, sprints, feedback loops) and tools to ensure an efficient, high-quality output.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Partnering closely with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition goals, retention targets, and product launches.
- Performance-Driven Branding – Defining and tracking KPIs for brand awareness and sentiment. You’ll ensure that even the most "creative" projects are data-informed and contribute to Satispay’s overarching OKRs.
You will lead and mentor high-performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a proven leader with a distinguished track record of success in driving strategic initiatives and achieving significant business growth within relevant sectors.
You will lead by example, combining ambition with purpose, drive impactful results and cultivate ownership and continuous improvement in our dynamic environment.
- 10+ years of experience – Proven track record in brand management or creative direction, ideally within fast-growing tech companies or top-tier creative agencies.
- Strong Technical & Visual Culture – Deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes, and multi-channel campaign production (from social media to TV/OOH).
- A "Hands-on" Leader – You love to lead by example. You’re not just a "manager of resources" but someone who can get into the details of a layout or a script to ensure excellence.
- Data-Informed Mindset – Ability to translate brand concepts into business objectives, utilizing KPIs and OKRs to measure impact and iterate quickly.
- Exceptional Communicator – Fluent in English, with the ability to simplify complex brand visions for internal stakeholders and external audiences alike.
