What you’ll do:

  • Lead and direct brainstorm session that consist of different digital specialist to create next level solution or campaign idea for clients.
  • Ability to pick the stongest copywriting and maintain accountability for overall quality of creative work
  • Work closely with production house to push the quality of the production.
  • Manage workload inside the team and make sure everyone have the best working condition.
  • Understand the latest trend in digital marketing, digital advertising, and technology
  • Have high level of face to face client interaction - providing thought leadership impacting client’s way of doing business on an ongoing basis
  • Mentor and nuture the team to reach their potential.
  • Find and hire potential team member.
  • Manage the creative strategy and general direction of client work
  • Serve as the department leader and ensure the continued growth of the team
  • Manage client relationship and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing

Who you are:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Advertising / Media / Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least two years experience as Associate Creative Director, preferably, but not exclusively, with some digital background
  • An art or copy-based good storyteller with a sound ideation and conceptual skills
  • Have experience in producing big scale digital campaigns
  • Have knowledge and experience of brand building
  • Able to solve problem and think strategically
  • Achievements in prestigious advertising awards is a bonus
  • Highly proficient in using Keynote for presentations
  • Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to to present in both Bahasa and English
  • Advocates unorthodox thinking, with no fear of innovation
  • Has a strong knowledge of interaction Design, technology, usability and experience design
  • Have a compelling portfolio of distinctive work that spans product/service design and storytelling
  • Be able to Inspire and Motivate your creative team : You’ll galvanize them to execute large-scale, cross-channel projects that are creatively brilliant and strategically on point, on time and on budget
