Position : Supply Chain Program Management(instock focus)

We are seeking a highly skilled program manager to join our Business Growth and Excellence team in Taiwan. In this role, you will be working closely with business managers, operations team, finance and external stakeholders to conduct cross functional programs targeted at driving growth and profitability. A successful candidate will come up with ways to scale existing programs and create roadmap for new initiatives and industry parity to help attract new customers and drive engagement with our existing customers. We're seeking someone hands-on with a structured mindset, solid analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and strong project management abilities.

What you will do?

• Analyze category and brand inputs to support selection and growth strategy
• Analyze existing process gaps, benchmark with industry best practices to improve efficiency
• Build program charters, roadmaps, and phased goals for category expansion
• Partner with Brand Managers, operations team, marketing and FP&A on forecasts and execution
• Create scorecards, forecasts, and performance reports
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership. Monitor progress, manage risks, and align stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in program management, business management, demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, supply chain or consulting roles
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Data‑driven mindset with solid business logic
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to set lofty goals with the relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency required
