Job description
Successful applicants should have experience in most of the following areas:
- Analytical & Advisory Skills: Ability to analyse data, diagnose client needs, synthesise insights, and recognise key points for improvement with clear, practical recommendations
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Strategic mindset with experience structuring and solving ambiguous business and technology problems in a consulting or advisory environment
- Tech Savviness: Ability to apply relevant emerging technology and day‑to‑day operations knowledge to create high‑impact, business‑focused client solutions
- Effective Communication: Ability to deliver well‑structured and well‑articulated written and verbal advice, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Managing Quality & Risk: Delivering high-quality advisory outputs while identifying, managing, and communicating risks with integrity
- Adaptive to Change: Responding to changing client needs and environments with resilience and a solutions‑focused mindset
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
- 3-6 years’ experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services, or relevant industry experience where you have worked in an advisory or stakeholder‑facing role to deliver structured recommendations
- A demonstrated history of working with senior stakeholders (e.g. Senior Leadership Team, Board, etc.) to influence, advise, and gain alignment on technology priorities
- A good understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends (e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, etc.)
- A strong understanding of how technology functions are structured and the services they provide (e.g. core IT operations, ITIL/ITSM concepts, etc.)
- Exposure to a range of enterprise technology systems and solutions (e.g. ERP/HRIS/FMIS/CRM/BI etc.), including the ability to assess suitability and trade‑offs, as well as awareness of current market trends
- The ability to confidently tackle ambiguous problems by structuring an approach in a logical flow with strong presentation and storytelling skills (e.g. generating and presenting advice to Steering Committees, Executive Teams, and Boards)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business‑relevant advice while building long‑lasting and trusted relationships
- Experience designing, facilitating, and translating outputs of workshops with broad stakeholder groups to drive alignment, decision‑making, and investment outcomes
