Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public, you will:

  • Be the go-to T Cloud Public expert, leveraging your cloud expertise to provide customers with reliable guidance and drive business growth.
  • Offer tailored advice to customers, assisting with their first-time use of TCP or enhancing their ongoing cloud performance through consumption growth and upselling strategies.
  • Proactively engage customers to prevent churn, using analytical insights and management expertise to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Leverage technical know-how to improve both customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests.
  • Actively contribute to the vertical squads within T Cloud Public.
  • Collaborate on the optimization and evolution of Customer Success Management for TCP, delivering impactful results.
  • Provide feedback that elevates our “Service Excellence Culture”, ensuring quality improvement across all areas of TCP Customer Success Management.

Are you the perfect fit? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field of study or professional qualification.
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in IT architecture, cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and market-relevant cloud ecosystems.
  • AI knowledge is a plus—help shape the future!
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: build confidence with customers and ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Familiarity with offerings from AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Rackspace is beneficial.
  • Experience with developer tools, APIs, and integration frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding the world of standardized services through platforms to offer robust technical solutions.
  • Proven success in working with international teams and coordinating across borders.
