Senior Highway Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai . As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex civil engineering projects, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior team members.

This role will be responsible for the project management, design, and monitoring of construction projects, primarily within residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors

• Project management including overseeing of programmes, resources and project budgets
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, liaising with clients, design team, contractors, local authorities, and government agencies 
• Preparation of planning stage reports, detailed designs, and specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Stormwater Analysis Software
• Experience in site monitoring and attendance at site meetings
•  Ability to work on multiple projects
