Join us, and you’ll gain lots of exposure to meaningful business projects, designed to help you gain a holistic understanding of our business, and provide you with an exceptional grounding in property and financial services. You should be curious and open-minded with a craving to learn within a successful business, and a long-term desire to be a future leader. Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Manager, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

What our programme offers you:

  • Industry recognised qualifications (where applicable) to support you with your career;
  • A competitive salary with annual review and bonus potential, as well as access to our industry leading long term incentive plan, Together Shared Reward

Our First Line Risk and Customer Strategy teams play a key role in helping the business make well‑informed, responsible decisions that balance customer outcomes, commercial performance, and risk management. Working closely with teams across the business, the department uses data, insight, and risk awareness to understand customer behaviour, identify potential risks, and support improvements to processes, controls, and customer experience.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, risks, and insights
  • Attention to detail, with a structured approach to reviewing data, processes, policies, or controls
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain findings and recommendations to a range of stakeholders
  • Problem‑solving mindset, with curiosity to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and suggest improvements
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced or regulated environment
  • High standards of professionalism and integrity particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information

What we are looking for:

  • Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
  • Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote)
  • A problem solving approach and a keen desire to lean new tools and technologies;
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis); and experience with other tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or Tableau is desirable but not essential
