About the Role
We are seeking experienced Carpenters for Kitchen and Bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across South‑West and West London.
This role is ideal for self‑employed carpenters looking for steady, long-term work on a well‑organised programme in occupied properties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Kitchen fitting and Bathroom carpentry works
- Installing Kitchen units (approx. 6–12 units per day)
- Fitting worktops and worksurfaces
- Installing fire doors (door only, no frame)
- Upgrading door hinges and handles
- Installing architraves and skirting
- Installing bath frames and bath panels
- Installing plywood and wooden boxing
- Building stud walls
- Working alongside other trades to meet programme targets

- NVQ Level 2 (preferred)

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for:
- Right to work in the UK
- Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
- Good conversational English
- Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
