Assistant Controller

What you’ll actually do:

You’ll be at the center of operations. Not next to it.

• Break down financial variances and uncover what’s really behind the numbers
• Challenge costs, margins, and operational decisions
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Influence managers and owners directly
• Play a key role in month-end, budgets, and forecasts (not just execute them)
• Improve tools, processes, and how decisions are made

What we’re looking for:

• CPA (required)
• 3+ years of relevant experience (manufacturing is a strong asset)
• Strong analytical mindset (not just technical skills)
• Ability to communicate and challenge senior stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
