Help build the teams shaping the future of recycling in the UK
In the UK, we are entering an exciting phase of growth as we expand our organisation and build the teams required to support the next generation of recycling and collection infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join a purpose driven business at a time of real momentum, where your contribution will have a clear and tangible impact.
You don’t need prior experience in sustainability or the circular economy to succeed in this role. What matters most is curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in building strong, high performing teams.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and People & Organisation colleagues in the UK business and across the Europe Region.
This is a hands-on role offering ownership and responsibility, ideal for someone looking to broaden their recruitment expertise within a fast‑growing environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on approach
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and creative sourcing methods
- Write clear, inclusive job adverts and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions and provide candidate feedback
- Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment reporting
- Ensure recruitment activity aligns with UK legislation and TOMRA standards
Roles you’ll recruit for
- Operational and field‑based roles
- Commercial and customer‑facing positions
- Technical, project and specialist hires
- Experienced and early‑career talent
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment (in house, agency, RPO or scale up)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised and solutions focused approach
- Confidence sourcing hard to find talent
- Solid ATS experience
- A genuine interest in candidate experience
This role could suit you if…
- You have experience from in‑house TA, agency recruitment, RPO, HR, or a related people‑focused role, and are ready to deepen your skills
- You enjoy working with people, building relationships and asking questions to really understand what a role needs
- You’re organised and dependable, but also curious and open to trying new ways of attracting talent
- You like variety — from writing job ads and sourcing candidates to supporting interviews and onboarding
- You’re comfortable learning as you go and value feedback, collaboration and development
- You care about candidate experience and want to do recruitment in a thoughtful, respectful way
- You’re motivated by working for a company with a clear purpose, even if sustainability or circular economy is new to you
- You bring your unique blend of enthusiasm, a positive mindset and a willingness to learn
