What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations

• Assist with preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime

• Follow safety procedures and actively support a strong safety culture

• Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment conditions clearly

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the capability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance tools, and shop practices

• Ability to safely follow procedures, instructions, and safety standards

• Strong teamwork and communication skills in an operational environment

• Openness to learning, skill development, and adapting to changing priorities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods

• Capability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

• Ability to visually inspect equipment and read gauges, schematics, and documentation

• Capacity to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
