Job description
As a Client Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in their own homes. You’ll support compassionate care delivery, supervise Care Professionals, maintain care plans, support families, and drive service excellence across the team.

Main Responsibilities
- Create, update and audit client care plans and risk assessments and assist with digital care planning to ensure we are meeting the needs of our clients.
- Supervise and support care professionals in the field, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and any other professionals involved in their care.
Role Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent or being working towards.
- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
- Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate and caring attitude towards clients and their families.
- Must have a full driving licence and means of transport to visit Clients across the Bristol East territory.
