Jefferson Locke is partnering with an award-winning global B2B marketing agency to appoint a Senior Director, Global Media Performance (B2B) to lead international activation strategy across B2B enterprise client programmes.
This role sits at the centre of the agency’s global media transformation strategy, with direct influence over how activation scales across enterprise technology and complex demand generation environments across the US and Europe.
It’s a strong opportunity for a Senior Media Director, Global Activation Lead, or Performance Marketing Director looking to step into broader strategic ownership across cross-channel delivery, media investment, and international team leadership.
The role is based in New York - offers 2 days in the office per month/WFH split and reports into the Chief Strategy Officer.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
- Global activation across paid search, paid social, programmatic, DOOH, and ABM platforms
- Performance delivery across enterprise B2B client portfolios
- Distributed activation teams across the US and Europe
- Attribution frameworks, optimisation strategy, and measurement standards
- Platform partnerships including Google, LinkedIn, DSPs, 6sense, ZoomInfo
- Activation innovation and support for new business strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years in performance marketing, digital activation, or B2B demand generation
- Experience leading multi-market media teams
- Strong expertise across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic DSPs, paid social, content syndication
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign architecture
- Agency experience essential (B2B, integrated, or performance marketing environments)
