Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Ensure the proper management and maintenance of executives' or teams' schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Address correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a proficient and timely manner.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Assist with fundamental bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies and guarantee the office is well-organized and equipped.

Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.

  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Address any issues or concerns customers may have, offering solutions in a clear and amicable way.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
