This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

The RV Home business is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Client Services team. The HRBP will drive results for the business through people development, performance management, employee engagement, and more. The ideal candidate will have a background in the HRBP discipline, experience in a strategic HR environment, performance management, employee development experience, as well as a passion for moving fast and making an impact. This HRBP serves as a strategic partner to the business teams by developing, implementing, and executing a multitude of HR services, support, and consultation across a wide variety of HR areas. We’re looking for a HRBP who can be an advisor to their business teams, influence-without-authority, and identify creative HR solutions to support our ever changing and growing business. This role will report to the HR Director for the Home Client Services team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and deliver HR programs, solutions, and support on both the team-wide and individual level for assigned business teams (approximately 200 employees) using a data driven approach
- Provide a consultative approach that applies HR and business knowledge, precedence, and terrific intuition to diagnose and provide creative HR solutions that align with Red Ventures’ people and operational goals
- Demonstrate exceptional listening skills, extracting key information and translating it into actionable steps that align with organizational goals
- Offer expertise and one-on-one employee support in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, compensation, learning and development and organizational development
- Utilize a keen sense of intuition and strategic thinking to determine the best course of action in HR matters, knowing when to delve deeper and ask insightful follow-up questions for effective decision-making
- Identify opportunities for iterations on HR practices through continuous engagement with employees and teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Recruiting to implement people strategies that drive both business performance and employee engagement
- Act as owner for your teams on key talent processes with business teams including performance review, talent calibrations, talent planning, and leadership development
- Coach first level managers through day-to-day performance management to ensure employees are receiving coaching and feedback and career development
- Implement, maintain the integrity of, and inform change to HR policies and practices through continuous interaction with employees and teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of overall work experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role directly supporting employees in exempt level roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Experience and exposure to a variety of HR facets including performance management, organizational design, recruiting, leadership coaching, employee relations, and learning and development
- Experience working with senior leaders in an “influence-without-authority” role working as a trusted advisor
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and often-changing environment: Must have the ability to prioritize quickly
- Strong knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend multiple solutions
- Strong team player with high bias to action and accountability

Compensation:
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Total Cash Compensation Range: $95,000 – $140,000 per year
