We are searching for the best talent for our Sales Manager.
Purpose: The Orthopaedics Sales Manager is responsible for leading the orthopaedics business, driving sustainable growth, building strong customer partnerships, and developing high-performing sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a clear ambition to win in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales, growth, and market share targets for the orthopaedics business.
- Define and execute commercial strategies and action plans aligned with business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance and accountability culture.
- Drive execution excellence, ensuring disciplined follow-up on objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and healthcare trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide inputs to business planning through strong analytical and financial insight.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Health-related fields.
- 3–5 years of successful experience leading sales teams, ideally within medical devices or orthopaedics.
- Proven ability to drive commercial results and lead teams in complex environments.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership, people development, and customer orientation.
- Highly results-driven, competitive, and ambitious.
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel.
