In short
This position offers the opportunity to manage Retail and Workplace Technology projects from initial design to deployment. Collaborating with our global project team, construction team, Global Technology Site Service team and international vendors, you will serve as the primary liaison for retail and workplace technology projects in the Americas. This includes network implementation, Retail specific hardware deployment, AV installations and much more.
Your mission
- Concept planning and deployment of network infrastructure for new retail and workplaces in the Americas
- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders throughout project phases
- Defining timelines and documentation for all Technology phases of the project.
- Oversee internet provider planning and management.
- Procurement of network hardware and technology (incl RFID, Payment devices, traffic counters, printers, AV…) through our global partners
- Installation of hardware in collaboration with our global network partners
- Vendor planning and relations
- Budget planning, tracking and budget reporting
- Network deployment following global standards and compliance requirements
- Security camera planning and installation in collaboration with global partners
- Ensure On’s Technology Global standards are met and adhere to all global compliance regulations
- Produce site specific documentation for seamless handover to Technology Site Management
- Look for opportunities to improve our Technology project delivery standards together with the global PMO
Your story
- 5+ years of project management experience; project management certification is a plus
- Proven work experience in retail or office expansions or similar role
- Experience in Technology projects from concept to delivery
- Knowledge of Network infrastructure and retail and workplace technologies (RFID, cash desks, traffic counters, printers, AV …); Cisco Meraki related knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management including vendor collaboration
- Awareness of IT compliance and audit requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions to complex problems
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Available for domestic and international travel when required

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $113,000-$140,000
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, skill set, and location. Certain roles may be eligible for equity compensation in addition to cash compensation.
