The Transaction Coordinator role involves collaborating within our team to manage all compliance and administrative aspects of the listings, transaction, and commission process. Daily Agent interaction is a key part of this crucial operational role. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses.
What you will do:
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
- Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
- Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met
- Careful attention to file review requirements
- Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
- Collaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding support
- to the agents
What We Are Looking For:
- DC, MD, and/or VA Real Estate License Required
- 5+ years of real estate activity in this market
- Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in DC, MD, and/or VA and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in DC, MD, and VA
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance
- DocuSign, Google Suite
- Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
