Eighth Ave, Location : Postal Code 19406 Category Human Resources Type Regular Full-Time The Senior Manager, Benefits and Compensation Administration is responsible for the strategy, design, and administration of all health, welfare, compensation, workers' compensation, and leave of absence programs. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, drives operational excellence, and enhances the overall employee experience. The Senior Manager leads and develops a team of benefits and compensation professionals while partnering with leadership, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective programs. Responsibilities: • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits, compensation, workers' compensation, and leave of absence programs. • Provide strategic oversight of compensation practices, including base pay, incentive programs, and market alignment. • Oversee workers' compensation programs, including claims management, return-to-work strategies, vendor coordination, and cost containment. • Oversee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave requirements, ensuring compliance and consistent administration. • Manage and develop a team of benefits and compensation specialists, including setting priorities, coaching, and performance management. • Oversee vendor and consultant relationships, including brokers, TPA partners, and compensation advisors, ensuring service delivery and performance standards are met. • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation laws, and applicable wage and hour requirements. • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across benefits, compensation, and workers' compensation programs. • Support compensation processes, including annual merit cycles, bonus planning, and market benchmarking. • Oversee reconciliation and approval of all benefits-related invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and financial controls. • Ensure programs operate in accordance with plan documents, policies, and service agreements; lead resolution of complex issues and escalations. • Ensure compensation structures and practices align with Company philosophy and internal equity. • Oversee development and maintenance of benefit, leave, and compensation documentation and guidelines. • Ensure accurate data management within the HRIS and integrity of data shared with vendors, auditors, and consultants. • Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees on benefits, compensation, and leave programs. • Lead annual enrollment planning and support compensation planning cycles. • Identify opportunities to enhance Total Rewards programs to remain competitive and aligned with organizational goals. • Perform other duties as assigned.
