Overview Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Quail Creek Physical Therapy Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) in Amarillo, TX. Why Join Us? Get to Know Your Team: Physicians Surgical Hospitals includes two surgical centers - Panhandle Surgical Hospital and Quail Creek Surgical Hospital, and one physical therapy center - Quail Creek Physical Therapy - and a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, Advanced Imaging Center of Amarillo. Responsibilities Provide and document examinations and evaluations Establish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of care Formulate treatment goals Provide physical therapy intervention to patients Measure and report outcomes Formulate and carry out discharge plans Supervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist. BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements: Previous acute care or clinic experience.
