Job description

Overview VTG is seeking a Close Support Technician who is r esponsible for providing in-depth support and problem resolution for Information Technology products, access administration, and/or applications. What will you do? Interacts with users to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and performance problems for customers using LANs, PCs and printers. Analyzes and levies customer requirements to the appropriate technical business unit, and may serve on teams installing software upgrades. Do you have what it takes? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (equivalent military training may be considered) 6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network exploitation, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical problems, and strong troubleshooting skills.
