Schedule You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS! Schedule will fall between the following hours: Monday 7:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday 7:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday 7:00am - 5:00pm Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm Responsibilities Patients are our number one priority, and we always want to do what is best for them. Encourage efficient and office-focused use of time and discussions. Drive team excellence by leading dynamic staff meetings, delivering impactful training that empowers your colleagues, and pioneering innovative problem-solving strategies that elevate our entire practice. Collaborate with the doctor and other team leaders on resolving conflicts that affect daily operations. Support of the overall goals and strategies, per the Annual Plan. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Engage in the Spear Analytics Platform, Action Center, My Day, and Weekly/Monthly Reports to be accountable for the systems involved in the back-office experience. Supervise and monitor lab work, sterilization, x-ray protocols, chairside assisting, and new technology (Cerec, CBCT, etc.) Qualifications Proven 3+ years of progressive leadership in dental assistance, with a demonstrated ability to transform teams, drive clinical excellence, and mentor the next generation of dental professionals. Experience with Dental Softwares, similar to Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve, MacPractice, etc. Strong knowledge of Dental operations State requirements such as CPR certification and/or Radiology Certification, etc. Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
