Job description

Overview The Franchise Supply Chain & Sustainability Director is a critical member of the Northern Europe leadership teams & works in direct contact with the franchise bottler lead team to develop & embed common objectives across all aspects of sustainability, supply chain & change management. The role is responsible for leading & executing the E2E Supply Chain in Franchise by delivering continuous strategic productivity for both PEP and bottler, and by developing & leading the operational supply chain elements of franchise management to ensure an aligned franchise system with sufficient capacity & capability to meet all short, medium & long term growth metrics. The role engages both internal & external senior stakeholders to ensure clarity in messaging throughout the franchise system & acts as the focal point for collating & simplifying an increasingly complex & dynamic sustainability change agenda. This includes accountability for developing strategy into deliverable execution across all aspects of operations & supply chain. This role is responsible for all aspects of Supply Chain & reports solid line into VP EMEA FOBO Supply Chain & dual dotted line into the Northern Europe GM. The role is responsible for developing & leading the operational supply chain elements of franchise management to ensure an aligned franchise system with sufficient capacity & capability to meet all short, medium & long-term growth metrics. Responsibilities CAPACITY & CAPABILITY - responsible for developing & leading the operational supply chain elements of CE&BCCA franchise management to ensure an aligned franchise system with sufficient capacity & capability to meet all short, medium & long term growth metrics. Manages demand planning processes. PEP+ SUSTAINABILITY AGENDA - responsible for ensuring all senior stakeholders are aligned to common sustainability goals & have actionable plans in place to move the dial on delivery metrics (e.g. reducing CO2, increasing rPET usage, Water usage reduction etc). QCFS LEADERSHIP – escalation point for QCFS agenda providing support & senior alignment across all aspects of operational quality metrics (e.g. AiB, Quality hold processes, site quality issues etc). INNOVATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT – responsible for leading interactions with senior leaders in Sector Commercialisation to ensure auditable governance & alignment to all new product launches & change management. PRODUCTIVITY: responsible for ensuring filling productivity pipeline for bottlers and supporting with projects implementation. Also aligning with PGCS productivity plans and implementation where applicable. CAPABILITY BUILDING: Develop and lead bottlers capability building plans, starting from capability assessment to understand the gaps, setting priorities and leading capability building sessions. STRATEGY TO EXECUTION – act as franchise lead responsible for upskilling team in change & innovation management. Leverage cross-functional contacts to maximise efficiency & draw on system expertise to facilitate flawless execution of the change agenda. Qualifications Years of Experience: 10+ Education: Bachelor's degree at minimum Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. Language: Fluent English. Communication: Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to collaborate & influence peer groups & senior stakeholders across all functions. Franchise Understanding: Broad, generalist knowledge of the Franchise Business and the ability to build & deliver business recommendations. Decision Making: Ability to quickly bring context and perspective to a given situation to aid sound decision making and prioritization. Commercial Acumen: Strong Commercial awareness and an understanding of retail channels. Influencing Skills: Ability to lead and deliver results through others (leading project teams and cross-functional relationships). Supply Chain Experience: Ability to understand and work with teams to overcome technical challenges to deliver complex projects via internal and/or external manufacturing solutions. Beverage experience is a plus. Resilience: ability to continue to drive for results, even when faced with adversity & challenges. Coaching & Mentoring: ability to coach & mentor both PepsiCo & franchise partner team members to navigate hurdles & facilitate total system alignment.
