- You will support in-office executive presence, including greeting senior stakeholders and visitors
Strategic Responsibilities:

- You will maintain awareness of organizational priorities to inform executive decision-making
Teams & Collaboration:
- You will act as a gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external engagements
- You will follow up with direct reports and stakeholders on commitments
- You will coordinate logistics for in-person meetings and events, including catering and room setup
- You will partner with local office teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience:
- 6–12 years’ experience + supporting senior leaders (C-suite or equivalent) in a complex, global organization

- Experience preparing executive-level materials and coordinating across senior stakeholders
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal guidance and high ownership
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to build relationships and influence without authority
- Ability to come into the Baltimore office (Harbor Point) three days per week (hybrid)
Key Attributes for Success:
- Proactive and anticipatory — sees around corners and acts without being asked
- Decisive and confident — makes sound calls independently
- Highly organized under pressure — thrives in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
- Business-aware — understands organizational dynamics and executive priorities
- Professional — represents the executive and organization with credibility
