A new opportunity is now available for a detailed and focused Reporting and Analytics Manager to join our dynamic Strategic Portfolio Management & Analytics team on a 6-month secondment based in Sydney.
Your primary purpose will be to support the organisation to realise value from its investment portfolio through adopting best-in-class reporting and analytics practices. You’ll have the unique opportunity to create and foster new ways of working to help uplift reporting for a growing portfolio.

What you’ll do
Monitor, report on and provide insights on portfolio health through agreed delivery performance indicators and embedding of the benefits and value management framework.
Drive innovation in how we capture, measure and report on initiative outcomes through data and AI to provide insights to business units (Bus), tribes and Centre of Excellences (COEs) on delivery of outcomes, value and benefits per investment and organisational change impact.
Develop and embed scaled portfolio performance reporting, ensuring standardized portfolio reporting across all BUs, Tribes and COEs.
Partner with global transformation functions to ensure timely, accurate reporting of the IBAL portfolio to head office within global standards.
Drive adoption of the standardised Project Portfolio Management (PPM) templates and toolset in line with global standards and local requirements including providing training and support to team members.
Drive automation of PPM reporting.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a similar role with a strong focus on reporting and analytics, preferably within the PMO/program space.
Previous experience in the development and implementation of change management and communication plans.
Experience with data visualisations tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI.
Exposure to large scale and complex programs/projects.
The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
A strong understand of project management methodologies, such as agile and waterfall.
