BettingJobs is working with a reputable and award-winning independent games studio in their search for a Game Designer/Producer to join their team based remotely in Europe. Key Responsibilities: Game Design

Design innovative slot and casino game concepts from idea to launch
Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs), math briefs, and feature specs
Collaborate with art, development, and audio teams to bring concepts to life
Iterate on gameplay based on testing, data, and feedback

Production

Own project timelines, sprint planning, and delivery milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth development cycles
Identify risks and proactively solve production challenges
Maintain clear communication across stakeholders

Requirements

3+ years experience in game design, production, or a hybrid role
Proven experience in iGaming (slots or casino games preferred)
Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and monetization
Experience with Agile/Scrum workflows and project management tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to balance creativity with structured delivery

Nice to Have

Familiarity with math modeling or RTP balancing
