We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide or CNA in Velarde, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. This patient requires care 35 hours a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Mid to late morning and standby assist. You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
