We run mobile app brands at scale — EarnStar, TopSurveys, PrimeOpinion and more. Our ads live on Meta, TikTok, AppLovin and beyond. We are looking for a sharp editor who gets the difference between content that scrolls past and content that converts.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC footage into high-performing paid ads (15s, 30s, 60s cuts)
• Build hook variants and iterate fast based on performance data
• Handle formatting across aspect ratios — 9:16, 1:1, 16:9
• Work from briefs and scripts, then own the cut
• Keep delivery consistent and on-schedule across multiple brands

Must Have

• You have 2+ years editing performance ads — UGC, app, or DTC
• You're comfortable in Capcut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve/After Effects
• You understand pacing, retention, and hook mechanics — not just aesthetics
• You can handle feedback cleanly and turn revisions fast
• You're remote-ready and communicate proactively

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or text animation
• Familiarity with mobile app or rewarded app verticals
• You've worked in a high-volume, fast-turnaround production environment

The setup

• Fully remote — work from wherever
• Async-first with overlap on Central European hours preferred
• Contract or full-time depending on fit
