Senior Network Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ADACOM’s security services offering to customers (installing, testing, maintaining and designing advanced security solutions),
• Collaborate with sales teams to build deployment plans for new customers to understand and document customer expectations,
• Document new installations, troubleshooting issues and resolution actions for future reference,
• Facilitate business process design and development to leverage rapid response capabilities,
• Support of ADACOM existing and new customers,
• Provide timely consultation for problem resolution and shared resources negotiation,
• Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers,
• Stays updated regarding new technology through industry news

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar field is mandatory,
• 3 - 5 years hands-on experience,
• Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft operating systems,
• Experience with Virtualization technologies,
• Strong knowledge of Web services, authentication services, TCP/IP, DNS,
• Strong knowledge in IP networking (Routing, Switching, VLANs, Spanning Tree),
• Strong knowledge of security systems such as Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF,
• Experience with Firewall products such as Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco,
• Experience with Load Balancer solutions,
• Experience with Email Security solutions,
• Experience with infrastructure services of Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS will be considered a plus,
• Network Security Certifications such as Fortinet NSE4-NSE8, Check Point CCSE, CCTE, CCSM/-E, Cisco CCNP Security,
• Strong analytical abilities,
• Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver,
• Have excellent team work and interpersonal communication skills,
• Excellent verbal and written command of English
