General Overview $5,000 Sign on Bonus Compensation: Starting pay range from $45- $52+/hr includes our lucrative Hygiene bonus program! Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Fri day: 8am-2pm (there's flexiblity if needed) Sign on bonus: $5,000 sign on bonus This role is perfect for a hygienist who delivers high‑quality treatment, builds patient trust, and takes pride in production excellence. Responsibilities As a Dental Hygienist , you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including: Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine. Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims. Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance. Sterilize and maintain dental supplies. Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis. Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants. Act as a key liaison, proactively managing patient concerns and supporting team communication to ensure seamless, high-quality care. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team. Qualifications • Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program. • Current CPR Certification. • Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills. • Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base.
