• Concur Expense Report & Travel Reconciliation

• Verification & processing of concur reports and Assistance in clearing the employee Queries with respect to concur filing
• Reconciliation of Amex GBT travel statement for all the divisions (DBLR, MBLR, NHYD & MGNR) and accounting and payment processing well within the due date to avoid any delays on monthly basis
• Employees follow up for the timely filing of concur and settlement of travel advances
• Managing Surrender of Forex advance to vendor for employee travel advance settlements
• Resolving employee queries related to T & E Policy & Concur reimbursements
• Posting entries of approved concur reimbursements in SAP
• Assisting employees in forex encashment of unutilized forex advances
• Preparation of foreign currency breakdown schedule and reconciling forex advance recoverable on monthly basis
• Posting timely Knock Off entries of travel advance post verification of each employee concur reimbursement reports
• Reminder mail to employees on pending travel advance transactions and accounting the same in SAP
• Proactively reviewing employee submitted concur reimbursement reports before accounting review & helping employees with any corrections
• Downloading and documenting all approved concur reimbursement reports on monthly basis and preparation of forex outflow transaction statement for compliance purpose

• Accounts Payable

• Processing of Blanket POs and PO invoices post verifying vendor bills/invoices in Softco and accounting the same in SAP
• Downloading and documenting the invoices from Softco and preparation of tracker of Accounts payable transactions for tax compliance purpose on monthly basis
• Resolving queries about Blanket PO and PO of vendor and inter-departments
• Rejecting processed invoices from Softco to avoid duplicate transactions

• Fixed Asset Management

• Creation of Internal orders for FAs
• Preparation of Individual & Bulk of IO and Non-IO FAs creation in SAP
• Retirement of expired /buy back FAs in SAP
• Updation of users and FA serial numbers in the FA register for physical verification and audit purpose.
• Providing the list of FA deletions with the FA Nos for the month and sharing the same for preparing deletion forms to inter-department
• Assist in preparation of schedules related to FA and Audit support

• Indirect Tax Compliance

• Joint responsibility for Indirect Tax compliances including statutory reporting and compliances.
• Assistance in Timely GST return filings GSRT1,3B, GSTR6 and compliances on monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis for 4 GST Registrations.
• Assistance in self-generation of e-BRC copies
• Assistance in generating e-invoices of service revenue billings on monthly basis and for scrap sale materials

• SAP accounting

• Monthly preparation of travel expense accruals and accounting same in SAP
• Monthly preparation of concur expense accruals and accounting the same in SAP
• Assisting in monthly expense accruals accounting in SAP

• Other Activities

• Verifying bank statements on day-to-day basis and sending email confirmation to employees on laptop buyback for their payment transactions

• Helping in sharing vendor ID creation procedures to new employees if required for creating IDs and assisting with the same

• Supporting teammates in case of any assistance required
