Entry Level Production Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and preparation of production schedules and call sheets.
• Support the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
• Manage and organize production materials and supplies to ensure availability when needed.
• Help with on-site logistics including coordinating transportation and catering services.
• Track and document production progress, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or recently completed a degree in film, media, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes is a plus but not mandatory.
