Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office activities and providing comprehensive administrative support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring they are attended to promptly.
  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure stock availability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
