We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are attended to promptly.
- Managing office correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure stock availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
