Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and help strengthen our company’s brand and internal communication efforts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing effective communication strategies that align with our organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Create and edit engaging content for press releases, newsletters, social media, and website.
  • Coordinate and manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support internal communication by preparing memos, announcements, and employee newsletters.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports to evaluate communication campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
