Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Galesburg, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and develop team members to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store targets and improve overall performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in hands-on operations as needed, including food preparation and delivery
- Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and scheduling systems
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
