Mandatory Internship in Purchasing Automotive Chips

• During your internship, you will actively support our central semiconductor purchasing team in preparing supplier comparisons and contributing to sourcing decisions, including project awards and supplier auctions.
• You will be involved in the development of purchasing strategies at both material group and supplier level, working closely with our R&D and engineering teams to align technical and commercial requirements.
• Furthermore, you will gain hands-on exposure to contract and price negotiations by participating directly in discussions with suppliers. Depending on your level of experience, you may also be given ownership of smaller negotiation topics.
• On a regular basis, you will assist the team with purchasing analyses to help create transparency regarding costs, supplier performance and market developments.

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience in the automotive sector advantageous
• Personality and Working Practice: you are a self-driven, goal-oriented team player with good communication skills who can think and act strategically
• Enthusiasm: motivation about AI, semiconductors and working in an international environment
• Languages: very good in German and English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
