Overview Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Assists healthcare staff in navigating EMR software, collaborating with IT and clinical teams to tailor instructional materials, and supporting the implementation of system updates. Monitors training effectiveness, maintains documentation, and facilitates hands-on workshops to ensure practical application of EMR tools. Addresses user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to promote seamless EMR usage and data accuracy. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Develops and delivers training programs to enhance user proficiency with EMR systems • Assists healthcare staff in navigating EMR applications and collaborates with IT and clinical teams to tailor instructional materials • Supports system updates and monitors training effectiveness • Maintains documentation and facilitates hands-on training sessions • Addresses user inquiries and troubleshoots issues to ensure efficient EMR usage and data accuracy Qualifications Minimum Requirements Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of relevant work experience required. An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required experience. Minimum Qualifications • 1+ years of experience developing and delivering EMR training programs • Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical workflows • Strong communication and instructional skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and clinical teams • Experience troubleshooting user issues and providing support Required Licensure/Certifications Epic Credentialed Trainer status in the supported application must be obtained within six (6) months of hire or transfer into the position.
