Night Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Night Supervisor to assist hotel operations during the overnight shift. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the property, providing support to the Night Manager, and maintaining the highest standards of guest service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for guests, handling any requests, concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor security, safety, and emergency procedures throughout the night.
• Complete nightly reports, audits, system checks and prepare for the following day’s operations.
• Provide support to the night team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Liaise with department managers to ensure smooth handover and communication between shifts when leading.

About You

• Previous experience in a Night Auditor or Front Office Supervisor role within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of front office systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• A natural leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
