Compensation: $96,633 - $115,173, this role is eligible for an annual bonus. Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM, extended hours based on business needs. Travel: Minimal, 4-5 times a year. Inherent in this responsibility is working closely with all internal and external functions to translate long-term strategy into highly effective annual marketing and sales strategies and tactics. Lead the execution of the tactical plans supporting the brand’s objectives, for example social and digital communication, public relations and events, national shopper programs, and internal engagement. Assist in driving cross-functional team collaboration (incl. Packaging Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance) to develop and execute key business initiatives, ranging from new items, renovations and driving demand initiatives; includes high level of collaboration, consolidating information, and for I&R projects, presenting to Senior Leadership. Participate in Integrated Commercial Planning process, from working with agency partners on the development of activation ideas to supporting key brand initiative implementation within retail channels. Support monthly brand reviews along with ad hoc brand projects, analyzing and diagnosing market share/shipment performance to be presented to appropriate leadership and stakeholders. This includes identifying key root causes, trend analysis and developing actionable recommendations. Manage brand budget, from monthly forecasting to vendor set up and purchase orders. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing for Packaged Goods Food/Beverage preferred). Education: MBA preferred, not required – experience first. Solid marketing fundamentals: Must have strong knowledge of Marketing fundamentals and be familiar with syndicated data sources and internal data sources Effective Communicator: Concise written and verbal communication skills Collaborator: strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interface at all levels, and experience working cross functionally (internally and externally) Problem Solver: Creative thinker with strategic and analytical skills Bias for action: Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas Sponsorship not available.
