Key Responsibilities Build rapport and establish trust to consistently close high‑quality sales Manage and convert a steady flow of inbound leads through a structured sales process Conduct property showings while following a defined, consultative sales approach Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets Maintain accurate and timely records within the CRM system Represent a trusted, award‑winning brand with professionalism and integrity Qualification Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Client‑focused mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills Highly results‑driven, self‑motivated, and accountable for performance Experience managing inbound leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline Comfortable conducting one‑on‑one sales consultations in a fast‑paced environment Experience using CRM systems to track activity and manage opportunities preferred
