If that sounds like you — we’d love to meet you. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a dynamic, multi-dimensional role combining wellness, hospitality (F&B), and front desk responsibilities. As a Wellness Attendant, you are the face of our wellness space — ensuring smooth daily operations and creating memorable guest experiences. Your day-to-day will include: Opening and setting up the wellness areas, including gym bar and saunas, ensuring everything is fully operational and welcoming. Managing bookings, emails, and guest inquiries for wellness services and gym activities. Welcoming and assisting members, residents, and guests of Conrad Athens The Ilisian. Preparing and selling wellness drinks, specialty coffees, healthy snacks, and protein shakes. Providing guidance to guests about wellness services, products, and experiences. Managing the wellness retail space, including sales, merchandising, and inventory. Overseeing the cleanliness and overall condition of the space in collaboration with housekeeping. Supporting the safe and proper use of all wellness facilities. Acting as a key point of contact, combining receptionist duties with F&B and wellness service delivery OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Fluent command of English and Greek Knowledge of and genuine interest in wellness practices and products Experience in hospitality, wellness or retail is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, approachable, and guest-focused Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE Be part of a team where creativity and individuality are celebrated.
