The iT1 Corporate Recruiter is a relationship‑driven talent professional responsible for attracting, engaging, and connecting top talent with opportunities across iT1. This role manages full‑cycle recruiting activities and builds strong, long‑term talent pipelines to support the company’s continued growth. The Corporate Recruiter partners closely with the recruitment team and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs, fill open requisitions with urgency, and support a positive candidate experience. While this role may support hiring across a variety of disciplines and functions as business needs evolve, it also assists with new hire onboarding and ensures a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.

Own full-cycle recruiting for all assigned iT1 positions from intake through offer Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders Review and understand technical job requirements Collaborate with the Recruiting team to develop strategies to identify, engage, and qualify talent Perform intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs Utilize social media platforms, like LinkedIn, to drive interest, engage talent, and proactively source passive and active job seekers Manage candidate pipelines Rippling (ATS), keeping all records current and organized Screen resumes, select suitable profiles, and qualify candidates Ensure a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience Schedule and conduct screenings/interviews with candidates Collect feedback from hiring managers Prospect for passive talent daily and continuously build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market Collaborate on recruitment marketing efforts for the purposes of building candidate pipelines as well as to provide market intelligence to the business Assist with new hire onboarding process and support other functions related to the recruitment and hiring process as needed Job Qualification Requirements Highly passionate about recruitment Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment performing 30+ screenings per week Full-Cycle Recruiting: Demonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through close across diverse role types Sourcing: Experience proactively engaging passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and direct outreach Stakeholder Management: Comfortable partnering with and advising hiring managers at all levels; able to push back constructively when needed Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication; strong active listening skills; able to accurately relay information between candidates and hiring teams Organization & Prioritization: Able to manage multiple open reqs simultaneously; ATS organization with candidate status, hiring manager feedback, candidate engagement Emotional Intelligence: Self-aware, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders Tech Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, MS Office Suite, and ATS platforms; experience with Rippling is a plus Confidentiality: Able to handle sensitive compensation, performance, and candidate information with discretion Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements 2+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech company or top-tier recruiting agency Experience recruiting for IT Solution Sales positions preferred Experience recruiting for positions across multiple verticals such as IT, Operations, Marketing, Accounting and Sales Experience recruiting for a Value-Added Reseller is preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience Physical Demands Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day Keyboarding for 8 hours per day Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print) Speaking (communicating information to clients / coworkers) Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds) Job Location If local to Tempe, AZ, onsite/hybrid If located outside of reasonable commute, remote
