High School Graduate or GED Experience with hands on patient care within a home setting or assisted living setting TBI, SCI, and Memory care experience is a plus Reliable transportation Valid Driver’s License Work independently and with integrity Good communication skills Ability to travel within the service area Pass a drug screen/clear background check
