Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS. Support A/B testing efforts to optimize ads, landing pages, and audience targeting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, and Analytics) to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to the senior team. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome). Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for digital marketing and performance optimization.
